Initially I developed it in dreamweaver and it was a simple html website. After that, JUPC got a makeover and the site was developed afresh by Sayan. After that when I saw that the website was down for several months, I thought of pitching in. I contacted them and finally started the new website with fresh views. I migrated the site to a new host and built it with Joomla! I used Joomla as a CMS for it’s maintainability and easy update options with a good amount of component, module and plug in support.
